Touch of Green Ice Cream Parfait

March 2010

 French  vanilla Ice Cream  

                      1/4 tsp ground coffee                        

   1 -2 tablespoons of Crème De Mint

 Suggested garnish: Fresh Mint Leaf

 

Serve ice cream in parfait cups. Pour crème de mint over top of ice cream and then top with ground coffee.

Sounds strange but try it….

DELICIOUS!!!!
