Iceberg Wedge w/ Blue Cheese Dressing June 2010
½ cup buttermilk 2 tbls. Reduced-fat sour cream 4 tbls. Crumbled blue cheese 1 head iceberg lettuce quartered
In a small bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, sour cream and 3 tablespoons of the blue cheese. Divide the lettuce among plates and spoon the dressing over the top. Sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of blue cheese and ¼ tsp. of pepper.
