Artichoke Dip 2 12oz cans artichoke hearts 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup grated asiago cheese 2 Tbl minced onion 1 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp sea salt Juice from half of a lemon Dash of worcestershire sauce
Preheat oven to 350 Squeeze artichokes of all excess liquids then finely chop. Add all remaining ingredients. Put into a oven proof dish and bake for 10 minutes. |
